Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using the GRC Ready website and platform (the "Service"), operated by GRC Ready Limited. It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to comply with this AUP.

You must use the Service lawfully, responsibly, and only for its intended purpose of conducting compliance self-assessments for your own organisation. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

You must keep your login credentials confidential, use a strong password, and not share your account with unauthorised individuals. Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.

The Service is provided on a fair-use basis. We may apply reasonable limits on usage, storage, or requests to protect the integrity and availability of the Service for all users.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right (but are not obliged) to monitor use of the Service for compliance with this AUP. If we believe you have breached this AUP, we may suspend or terminate your access, remove offending content, and, where appropriate, report the matter to the relevant authorities.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
